Catching up on....APRIL?!

Yes, we're super behind, so I will just jump right into it...

Sissy had a music playdate.
As you can see...

She hasn't exactly perfected her slide yet.

But, she's crafty, and made herself a tambourine.

AND a drum!  Which she still plays with!
She beats to her own drummer, and wandered off.
If you know my sister at all, you know she loves rocks.  So, she marched straight into them.

And like the Pied Piper, she made all her friends follow her.
(What a bad example she sets)

Again, if you know her...you know that Sissy takes home a lot of rocks.
"Look Brennen, this one is good!"

No matter how far she wandered, she always went back to her "band" of misfits!

If you are wondering why we are behind bars...
It's because April was a horrific battle with mold.

You can see the tent that took over half of our dining and front room.

Because the house was in shambles anyway...Sissy got to do things she wouldn't normally get to.
Like write on the floors.

Grandma and Grandpa came into town!
Sissy got to play a lot!

And they went to Disneyland!

Disney Jr. is where it's at!
Always a good time!

They even waited for a parade that never came!

What a day!  Boy was she wiped!

The cousins have lots of cool things.

And Grandpa is a great partner for games.

And Auntie Candice let Sissy color on herself.  Almost gave Mama a heart attack.

They all read books, like the "Yummy, Yucky" book.

Even Sissy got into it and screamed, "YUCKY!"

She went to Auntie Tia's house.

Tia Gaby's dog tried to lick her to death.

And Tia Gaby taught her the importance of moisturizing and makeup.

Auntie Tia thinks she's funny.

And she taught Sissy to play Candy Crush!

And ball!

And Papa Jorge thought he put his pasta in a safe place, but Sissy still was able to run off with some!
It's her favorite!

Auntie Tia gave her a ride...it didn't go so well.

And she tried to get Sissy ready for the summer...
She was not happy to have this swimming cap on.
But, again, Auntie Tia thinks she's funny.

So, Sissy went to the pool with Daddy.
She seemed happy to be at her old stomping grounds.

But, for some reason, she was scared and didn't want to go in.

And when she did go in, she got as as soon as she could!

"Doesn't matter, you just have to look cool by the pool, you don't have to go in..."

Cousin Garrison had his birthday!

Sissy got to pin a tooth on Mater!

And had her first (and last) Oreo!

The boys seemed to like the present!

Cousins are fun.

PHEW!  Sorry, I just had to take a breather!
There's a lot to catch up on.
I will stop to say, my sister is learning how to close the baby gates.
And she keeps me from getting upstairs to sleep in peace.
I am not happy about that.

Sissy FINALLY got to meet her new friend Camren.
He is Brennen's little brother.

These kids are up to no good.

Good thing this baby is out of reach!
Too bad the controls and buttons for his seat are not!

She enjoyed yogurt for a whole week!
She was only eating schmushy, sweet foods, if anything.
She was teething, and officially finished getting her 4th molar this month.

Brennen's mommy go her a trike!
She can't reach the pedals yet...

So, instead she climbs on it.

Sissy went to Goofy's Kitchen with her friend Avery.
As you can see, it was torture for her.

But, she was okay with the characters that didn't have big heads.

And they got ice cream, yea!

Because of the kindness of the Schultz family, my family went to Lego Land!

There was an aquarium right next to it.
My family said this was the coolest room ever!

Sissy went to pick oranges at Ji-chan's house.

She's good at sharing with adults.
(Just not kids...she knows adults will give it back)

"I LOVE ORANGES!"
(Too bad she has never had one and can't eat them...but they are fun to play with!)

Reading on the way to...

THE ZOO!
Thanks to the Escudero family, my family went to the San Diego Zoo.
She loves elephants.

And they fed giraffes!

Again, every amusement park tends to wipe her out!

The family went to a chalk art show.
Sissy got to see her first ballet!

Hmmmm, not bad, right?!
I think that my Sissy and her friend Avery can blow them out of the water with their street art.
But, I guess this girl was pretty ok.

But it started raining!
It ruined all the art!
And Daddy rushed Sissy away, saying she would melt!

I'm tired just reporting all this activity.
Here are a couple pictures I just think are funny.

Like my weird sister.

And her weird hair!
(back view)

"AND I RAAAAAAN, I RAN SO FAR AWAAAAAY" : Flock of Seagulls
She is sooooo an 80's band member
(side view)

Ok, so this isn't my sister, it's her friend Brennen.  But, it still makes me laugh.

Temper tantrum at Cousin Garrison's birthday.

This picture makes me especially happy.

This is Avery and "Alice" acting like kitties. trying to cheer my sister up, and show her that the character restaurant was not scary.

See?  Kind of weird and funny, right?
I'll report and catch up with more weird and funny pictures soon.

There's a lot to catch you guys up on.
Love you!
